• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, being the primary point of contact between clients and EZARC.
• Initiate and maintain sales with current and potential clients.
• Develop and execute successful project plans that maximize production/quality, minimize costs, and meet project schedule requirements.
• Meet with and prepare reports for Upper Management & Ownership.
• Regularly communicate with shop employees and vendors via email, phone, etc.
• Schedule and manage suppliers and shop production.
• Analyze and improve production flow.
• Manage inventory, coatings, and packaging.
• Monitor detailers and ensure designs are correct and in compliance with plans.
• Assign designs to individual detailers.
• Keep a strict schedule of when detailing must be completed by.
• Daily follow-up with the scheduling of work and materials.
• Keep the team motivated.
• Review plans and determines proper procedures to best accomplish EZARC’s goals.

• 2+ years experience required as a project manager in the steel industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred but not required.
• Detailing/drafting experience.
• Very detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Excel and scheduling software.
• Strong team-building and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills.
• Business-development-minded: comfortable with sales.
• Self-motivated/entrepreneurial type.
• Must understand steel production, including the needs of a manufacturing shop floor.
• Preferred: CAD experience, SolidWorks, Six Sigma, or Lean training.

• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance as determined by management.
• Must be available Monday through Friday with occasional hours outside of the listed work time.
