MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Working in a exciting fast paced Airport environment on our Fragrance & Beauty Counter thanking responsibility for and contribute to the efficient and effective running of the CHANEL account, promoting business objectives as appropriate and actively working towards achievement of personal and team targets, providing excellent customer service at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Service and Selling and delivery of Beauty Services
2. Technical Skills and Administration
3. Personal Effectiveness, Motivation and Presentation
4. Teamwork, Communication and Relationships
5. Although comprehensive the job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be added according to the needs of the business and as requested by the Account Manager, the Retail Development Manager, Regional Retail Development Manager or other CHANEL Management.
Mandarin Speaker Required.
Please note that our Airport locations require the need to obtain an Airside Security ID Pass prior to commencing employment. 5 years of referencing and obtaining a criminal record check is also required along with security training.
Our Airport stores operate to meet the needs of departing passengers and therefore a mixture of early and late shifts inclusive of bank holidays is required. This is managed on a fair rotating 4 on 2 off shift basis.
