Manager Wanted at the Snake River Rendezvous LLC

Good day,

Thank you for your interest. Please read on in hopes that you are that special person that can help us and share in the prosperity of the Rendezvous LLC. We are currently looking for an individual or a couple to manage the Snake River Rendezvous LLC facility.

The people we hire must truly have a servant’s heart. As well as an attitude and a desire set on furthering God’s Kingdom.

It will be a very demanding, yet rewarding position. The potential of the Snake River Rendezvous LLC, God willing, is limitless. This facility is setup to host events such as: weekend retreats for adults and youth, family reunions, summer camps, and family vacations.

As manager, some of your duties will include: cooking, cleaning, promoting and packaging options, maintenance of facilities (electrical, plumbing, painting, grounds keeping, feeding animals, etc.), advertising, budgeting, hiring assistants, renting of units, collecting monies, and banking the money. At this time all of these duties may not be necessary, and additional help will be added as the need arises. However, as the camp matures these responsibilities will need to be covered. We are beginning construction on two new buildings in the spring. We are ideally looking for a couple with a long-term commitment to serve here. The location of the retreat is an important consideration, being about 22 miles out of Clarkston on the Snake River. For some this is a problem for others it is a blessing.

The position requires the manager to live on site in a 2 bedroom 1 bath 800 square foot modern cabin. You may view pictures by going to the home page, clicking on about and then the link next to cabins. In addition, starting pay will be $500-$2000 per month depending on qualifications. In addition, commissions and bonuses are given.

The utilities on your dwelling will not be included. In time, if you are the “right” team, raises and benefits will be given. After 2 months, a performance review will be given and your future benefits will be laid out according to your skills and attitudes.

The manager will be expected to work 5 days a week. Most likely days off will come during the week when its is less busy. In addition, we will accommodate church attendance on Sunday. You will have to be on site at least part of the day Sunday, so the assistant manager may attend church in the evening.
