Job Description:

This role provides management to support the Office of Strategic Networks under the Markets Office. The Office of Strategic Networks report directly into the Markets Office. Offices mission is to help the firm achieve disproportionate growth by identifying existing and new strategic networks of great potential working closely with all Business Units and Industry Verticals.

The role includes strategic, organizational, financial and practice operational support and analysis. The Office of Strategic Networks helps support the Strategic Growth Office that came in existence to synergize the impact of the Strategy, Marketing, Corporate Development and Markets Offices to supercharge the firm’s growth into the future.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic networks (process, governance, support of Industry Verticals, MicroVerticals, including Sub Segments – incubating businesses)

  • Strategic Networks: Help manage initiatives such as: Industry Associations, DE&I in the market initiatives, Business Resource Groups Networks specifically on Business Development, alumni networks, Professional Associations and more

  • Intentional support of certain geographic locations, such as Texas in help building and cultivating key relationships

  • Help support Markets Center of Excellence – knowledge, sales enablement and training

  • Coordination across Markets | BU’s and go-to-market plans and synergies

  • Help manage Strategic Networks priorities

  • Support of Strategic Growth Office e.g. strategic growth initiatives, special projects, enterprise segmentation, and various collaborations between Strategy, Marketing, Markets and Corporate Development.

  • Support initiatives within Strategic Networks such as: Networking in the market education, Crowe Diversity Alliance, playbook and platform development and more

  • Corporate Development support on growth planning and coordination and implementation

  • Leadership and support on various presentations to various stakeholders: Management committee, Board of Directors, All Partners, All Directors, All personnel, BU MP’s, BU Leadership, BU all Partners, BU all personnel and more

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Business or related field

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience

  • Must possess highly effective communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Experience working with key stakeholders, influencing ideas and identifying conflicts

  • Experience with business planning, professional/industry networks, market research, and market growth

  • Ability to work under firm deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
