Deeplocal is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis who will be responsible for the review and analysis of financial performance for the organization including consolidated financial statements to our parent company, WPP. The Manager of FP&A will drive a streamlined budgeting process with improved system designs, departmental budgeting, and strategic support during a company growth stage. This role will help to tell the story behind the numbers here at Deeplocal.

• Coordinate company wide budgets along with Line of Business and internal department budgets
• Consolidate our financial and operational data into our parent company’s software
• Ensure timely variance analytics (actuals to budgets, forecasts, etc…)
• Report on Corporate Sustainability, client profitability and other consolidated schedules required by parent company
• Work with department heads to ensure visibility of results to support forecasting and budgeting
• Maintain working relationships with operational, administrative, and parent company teams
• Identify cost improvement opportunities and collaborate with team members to execute improved processes
• Follow SOX policies and procedures and support the internal controls audits
• Partner with team leaders to implement strategic growth initiatives using complex business models

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ Years of Finance and Accoutning experience

Experience in Consolidations, Budgeting, and Planning

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as G-Suite products

Strong analytical skills

Good problem solving and time management skills

Highly organized and detail oriented

Experience in Creative / Tech Agency desired, but not required

This position can be hybrid with occasional work in our Sharpsburg studio or remote.
