Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Manager Hemodialysis for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

• You will ensure high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department.
• You will monitor and evaluate the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures,
• You will hold staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
• Experience in Dialysis nursing is required

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
