We are seeking someone to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Manager, Finance to support of Distribution Centers. In this role, you will assure a proactive and productive partnership and collaboration with key logistics leaders, providing actionable, forward-looking analytics and recommendations that result in enhanced business outcomes.
As a Manager, Finance you will:
- Develop and maintain a strong partnership with Logistics and Corporate Finance division management to provide data and guidance to drive business results
- Prepare timely and accurate financial plans, budgets and forecasts that are appropriately supported by data driven assumptions
- Design and develop the financial analysis process, ensuring the Finance team implements and maintains the process
- Partner with Finance to analyze variances to budget and forecast and determine impact on future financial forecasts
- Lead the development of the variance analysis, including the accumulation and analysis of assumptions related to inventory flow, capital spending and other investments
- Partner with Logistics & Corporate Finance division management to identify and analyze unusual results, trends, risks and opportunities for further action

We seek people with these qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Finance, Business or Accounting required
- 5-7 years related FP&A experience
- Previous Distribution Center and/or Supply Chain Finance experience required
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and ability to link spreadsheets
