The AGCO Precision Ag and Digital Division has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager, Continuous Improvement Warranty Shared Services to join its team in delivering extraordinary results based in Duluth GA. This is a role with growth potential and developmental opportunities.


The Manager is fully responsible for the strategical and tactical direction and tracking of the Customer Support Warranty Shared Service Organization (40+ global headcount) delivered to our dealers, distributors and customer, making sure that the key levels of satisfactions are fully met. This role will also have direct influence over $280+M of warranty spend. The role will have the final say in the processes, systems & tools used to improve the Global Customer Support Shared Services Warranty Organization deliverables that drive our dealers, distributors and our end customers (Farmers) satisfactions levels to ensure they are fully met and our NPS results are improved in line with the AGvance targets. The role will align the working relationships with Customer Product Support Teams, Aftersales, Brand Leads and others to drive our Farmer first strategy and it will also define, create and use KPI's to support areas of improvement and set actions that are required to be taken to improve processes and tools.


What you will do:


  • Drive the 5 year strategy for the Customer Support Organization with the Warranty Shared Services team
  • Drive the weekly meetings with the leaders of the Warranty Shared Services team on process improvements, projects, KPI's, etc.
  • Drive reviews to support processes and enhancements to achieve performance targets and KPIs to support AGCO, Dealers, Distributors, and Customers.

Align and Drive Goodwill processes and tools with the Continuous Support Field Service Lead supporting an average goodwill yearly spend of $81M.

  • Drive and own the Product Support Program (PSP) process and systems aligned with the Continuous Improvement Product Management Lead to ensure timely completion of updates to the machines by Dealers supporting our Customers.
  • Drive process and/or tool improvements to efficiently manage the prioritizing of scheduling of field service team to support our dealer and customers and create cases to improve our TTI (time to identify) KPI's.
  • Liaise with Distributors and Dealers across AGCO to gather requirements for current and future projects.


What you will bring:


  • Good knowledge of the global customer experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Warranty Enterprise Good knowledge of Global Dealer / Distributor warranty practices.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills across all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English and other Languages (German, Italian, French, and Portuguese) would be a benefit.
