Job description

As a Housekeeper/ Makeready you will be in charge of taking all the trash out from the unit from any repairs and touchups that were done once the previous tenant has vacated the unit.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Trash out/ any food, junk or materials must be removed from vacant unit

- Sweep, Mop and Vacuum the unit

- Deep Clean/Disinfect all the Showers, Sinks and any surfaces of bugs, rodent debris, and any stains left by previous tenant

-Remove any food from Refrigerator and rooms as needed and clean refrigerators as well

- ** This position is very hands on and requires a high attention to detail. Any prior knowledge with chemicals and cleaning is a plus. This position can get "gross" at times every unit may not require all the same attention as each unit is based on the Tenant that lived there previously. **

- You will need your own tools as you will be assisting with some of the make ready work to with minor repairs such as replacing a light bulb.

- Any chemicals or cleaning supplies you may have are recommended for this position. (Example: Cleaning gloves, comet, Lysol disinfectant/spray, disinfectant wipes etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
