Program Manager
The Program Manager will work with the Program Director to provide community members with opportunities for digital literacy education, English language training, access to employment, access to career resources and career advancement. The Program Manager will conduct intakes and assessments to access what services community members might be eligible for throughout the network of Community Action, Inc. programs.
The position requires an Associates Degree in Education, Human Services, Counseling, or a related field. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite preferred. The position is 40 hours per week which includes some evening hours.
The salary range is $24.10-$28.18/hr. dependent upon education and experience.
The position requires a backgrounds record check. The position will remain open until filled.
