Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification
Job description
Maintenance Technician needed for 288 unit apartment community in Mangonia Park. We are looking for motivated, self-starter who is looking to excel and grow with our company. Maintenance Technician would need to be able to diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis:
- Minor Electrical and plumbing.
- HVAC Certification Required
- Appliances repairs
- Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings.
- Interior/exterior lights.
- Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
- Water Heater replacement and repairs
- Door locks and locks.
- Ceiling leaks and repairs.
- Dry wall repairs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
