Immediate Opening - Maintenance Technician at our Lakewood Terrace Apartment Community. This 152 Unit community is in the Belton area and we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. Candidate must have 5 years of Maintenance experience. The candidate must have experience in electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, unit make-ready and HVAC systems. Experience with Hydronic heat systems extremely helpful.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include but not limited to the following:

• Perform timely repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, carpentry, etc.
• Keep track and complete all work orders on vacant and occupied apartments, leasing office and children's playground.
• Must be available for after hours and weekend on-call schedule
• Prepare the apartments for tour/next move in by conducting lock changes, move-out inspections, punch out, taking out the trash, scheduling vendors where necessary.
• Safely use and perform periodic maintenance of tools and equipment (for e.g., drill, saw, hammer, gauges, etc.)

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required; current driver's license is required; HVAC certification is required; property maintenance experience; familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by al Fair Housing regulations is required.
