Outlook Group is currently searching for an experienced 2nd or 3rd shift Maintenance Technician who has good problem solving skills, mechanical and/or electrical skills and excellent communication skills!
Outlook Group is an innovative manufacturer of labels, folding cartons, flexible packaging and contract packaging in Neenah, WI. The company was founded in 1977, occupies over 500,000 square feet of space, and generates approximately $80+ million dollars in annual revenue.
The maintenance team is responsible for maintaining production equipment, support equipment, building and grounds. Department goals are achieved through preventive maintenance, scheduled work orders, troubleshooting, failure analysis and improvement projects. The successful candidate must possess excellent Electrical and Mechanical problem solving skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing scheduled, preventive, and predictive maintenance
- Increase equipment reliability with CPI (Continuous Process Improvement)
- Plan and order materials/parts for assigned projects
- Perform failure analysis and recommend changes
- Work with and direct contracted services
- Respond to maintenance pages
Qualifications:
- Must have mechanical and/or electrical machinery experience
- Experience with drives, PLC's, PC's and machinery controls a plus
- Experience with offset and flexographic printing and packaging equipment preferred
- Associate's degree in Electro-mechanical Technology, Journeyman Electrician/Millwright or equivalent from two or more years; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with CMM – Computerized Maintenance Management system and Microsoft Outlook a plus
