Position Description

Job Title: Maintenance Technician, FT
Reporting: Management
Position: Non-exempt

Purpose:
Responsible for work orders to repair or replace items in privately held homes.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• High school or equivalent
• Proficient with using mobile technology, especially mobile applications and Google Forms
• Reliable transportation - work vehicle provided
• Valid Drivers License with a Clean Driving History
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Have a basic understanding of plumbing, electricity, HVAC, and appliances
• Must be available weekends
• Shifts can be scheduled during a 9am to 10:30pm time-frame

Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

• Great customer service
• Positive upbeat attitude
• Ability to stay on task and work independently
• Excellent record-keeping
• Accurately complete required documentation; submits to team at the end of the shift
• Documents and reports all maintenance and safety concerns to the team lead in a timely manner
• Maintains compliance with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines
• General knowledge of most household items and how they work
• Know the limits and bound of your maintenance skill level
• Maintains a presentable and functioning personal vehicle; follows all safety standards
• Tidy and organized
• Work well in a team environment
• Available to assist after hours as needed and in rotation with other team members
• Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

• Additional hours may be required to fulfill job responsibilities
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Bending, kneeling, twisting, and moving for 90% of shift

This position works from Seaside, OR to Rockaway Beach, OR areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
