Job description
We have an opening for maintenance technician in Acworth, Ga! HVAC EPA Cert Required. Must know general home repair of heating and cooling systems, sheetrock, light electrical, interior and exterior maintenance. Grounds pick up, work orders, maintaining curb appeal along with preparing apartments for move in are among daily tasks. Rotating on call.
40 hour Full time position with great benefits!
