Join our growing team! The Service Technician will support several communities in the Greystar Owned Asset portfolio, primarily within Seattle. Monday-Friday schedule. This technician will support Elan Uptown Flats, Zig, and Shorewood.

- Zig is a 170 unit mid-rise community located in the bustling First Hill neighborhood in Seattle. Easily accessed by public transportation, Zig hosts amazing rooftop views and modern, bright design.

- Offering the epitome of island lifestyle in the PNW, Shorewood Apartments hosts 645 units on Mercer Island. Located on over 40 acres of lush landscaping and with views of Lake Washington, this garden-style community features updated amenities and a neighborhood feel.

What your day might look like

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs)
• Prepare apartments for new move in’s by completing “make-ready” process
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
• Assist with vendor management and other duties
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment

What we are looking for

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Previous experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
• Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
