Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible in performing the daily maintenance and support functions for the Clark
Properties managed properties and assist the Lead Maintenance Technician as needed to support the Maintenance function of all commonly held properties associated with Clark Properties.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance of the properties under common ownership.
- Must be able to complete tasks essential to the properties’ success. These include, at a minimum:
o Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, Lawn Irrigation, Operation of Skid Steer, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift,
Sweeper, Towing Trailers, Fire Sprinkler Systems, Painting, Roofs, Ground Maintenance, Welding,
Building Exteriors, Janitorial, Lighting, etc.
- Ensure that tenant’s needs are met or exceeded.
- Be able to work as a team with others as well as independently.
- Ensure 100% safety for employee, other personnel, tenants and the buildings.
- Manage/Assist with the Park’s security performance.
- Manage/Assist the vendor, suppliers and tenant building and safety compliance.
- Assist Lead Maintenance Technician.
Education & Skills Requirements
- High School/GED.
- Hours generally 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. On call 24/7 for emergencies.
- Provide owned basic hand tools (other power tools and specialty tools provided).
- Provide transportation to/from work and property locations with vehicle designed to supplement job requirements.
- Adaptive to learn and provide teaching of skills to others.
- Must be able to balance workload between tenant requests and property location maintenance.
- Effectively communicate with tenants, contractors and employees.
- Ensure that daily tasks are completed.
- Pass all background checks as required.
- Forklift Certified – On job training/certification available
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
