Production Control Clerk

We have an immediate opening for a Production Control Clerk at our Martinsburg, WV facility.

The Maintenance Technician will assist the maintenance department in repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing systems, electrical systems within the industrial establishment. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Repair machinery and equipment, including basic electrical work.

· Interpret product specifications, blueprints, and job orders to machine operators.

· Maintain and provide manufacturing information by compiling, sorting, and analyzing performance records and data.

· Maintain workflow by monitoring production process, equipment and personnel and establishing process variables to meet production goals.

· Facilitate engineering activities in support of new product and process introduction.

· Recommend measures to improve production methods, efficiency, equipment performance, and quality of product.

· Ensure operation of the equipment - report process issues and initiate maintenance requests.

· Complete shift paperwork and communication with other shift supervisors and Production Manager.

· Assist in production as necessary.

Essential Skills:

· Experience in the plastics manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

· Five years mechanical/electrical experience preferred.

· Associates Degree or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology; or equivalent years of experience in a technical field desired.

· Ability to lift: 10 lbs. regularly, 25 lbs. frequently and occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs.
