• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
• Wear proper protective equipment while performing job duties (i.e., goggles, helmet, back brace, knee pads).
• Complete maintenance work orders as assigned and promptly.
• Drywall: including but not limited to measuring, cutting, and installation.
• Drywall mud: patch holes, mud, tape, and match texture.
• Painting: including but not limited to room and/or surface preparation, paint application using brushes, rollers, and/or sprayers, and clean up.
• Stucco: including but not limited to surface preparation, application by hand, and/or with a pump sprayer.
• Wiring, nailing, clipping, and stapling to a framework, roof joints, and flat concrete surfaces.
• Operation of hand tools and/or portable power tools.
• Cleaning up the work site and moving/carrying materials, equipment, and tools.
• Electrical: including but not limited to minor electrical repairs and light bulb replacement.
• Minor plumbing and concrete repairs.
• Documentation of work before and after completion.
• Other duties as designated by Supervisor.
• Adjustment of hours and/or weekend work may be required and/or occasional overtime (as approved by the Owner).

• Minimum of 1-year experience as Maintenance Tech with a strong understanding of drywall, paint, and stucco techniques.
• Experience with minor electrical and plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Able to thrive in a multi-dimensional role and respond swiftly and appropriately to changing demands.
• Demonstrate excellent ability to work cooperatively with others and maintain a positive attitude.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
• Highly Organized.
• Self-starter, capable of working independently as well as with a team.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Nevada Driver's License.
• Current Full-Coverage Auto Insurance.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds.
• Flexible schedule allowing for the night and/or weekend shifts, as needed.
