6 to 6 Months contract or contract to hire

Rotation Details The shifts rotate every 3 months. Available to work 1st shift: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, 2nd shift, 2:30 pm to 1:00 am (1.50 differential), or night shift: 7:00 pm – 5:30 am (2:00 shift differential)

Pay Rate: $17-$24

JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technician

DATE REQUIRED: ASAP FULL TIME

LABOR TYPE: Non-Exempt Hours: Available to work either Day shift: 5:30 am - 2:30 pm or night shift: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm. The shifts rotate every 3 months.

EDUCATION: Minimum high school with 2 years of technical associate degree in Electrical and computer literacy are a requirement. Must have the ability to communicate clearly with superiors and engineers and candidates should be able to communicate in both written and spoken English.

EXPERIENCE: 4 or more years’ experience.
The Maintenance Technician must have the ability to perform maintenance in the equipment assigned. Basic Computer skills are recommended. The candidate's knowledge, personality and drive must gain the respect of the other maintenance staff and the support of the other Technicians and Supervisor.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS DESIRED:

- Expertise in system integration of hardware/software systems.
- Knowledge of Programmable logic controller (PLC), Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc. and PLL programing languages.

Efficiently troubleshoots and repairs assigned equipment.
- Motors and AC/DC Drives knowledge (Example: Yaskawa).
- Knowledge of encoders and temperature controllers.
- Reading and writing wiring diagrams.
- Use of instrumentation.
- Knowledge of Programmable logic controller (PLC), Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc. and PLL programing languages.

- Reports honestly and accurately always.
Quality & HSE
- Knowledge of Arc Flash Electrical Safety.
- Electrical Code Knowledge.

Salary: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
