Job description
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment in plant to include:
· Electrical
· Pneumatic
· Hydraulic
· Mechanical
Perform PMs on plant equipment to include:
· Changing oil and filters.
· Inspection of all electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components.
· Maintain safety features on equipment.
· Maintain records on repairs and PMs to meet the requirements of the Quality Management System.
· Perform any other plant PM or repairs to include:
· Lighting.
· Panels and switchgear.
· Auxiliary equipment.
· Maintain cleanliness standards at all times.
· Support production as needed.
· Communicate between shifts to ensure a smooth turnover.
· Assist in the implementation of new equipment, processes and projects
· Abide by all regulations within Employee Handbook.
· Have flexibility to complete projects and tasks as assigned.
· Follow all safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment at all times.
· Additional duties as assigned.
