The Maintenance Technician III will be responsible for performing all necessary property maintenance to maintain and enhance the property as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities include: overseeing the apartment turnover schedule, provide general maintenance, drywall, painting, assist with grounds maintenance and inspections, after hour emergency calls, snow removal and responding to resident service requests. Ideal candidates will possess overall maintenance knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and trouble-shooting abilities with skills in HVAC, carpentry, equipment, and tool usage. Tools are required at the time of hire at employees' expense. You are also required to have a valid driver's license, good driving standing and no violations in the past 3 years.
