Maintenance Supervisor

Food & Packaging industry

Salary: $85K to $92K DOE

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Direct shift by giving instruction to maintenance mechanics
• Provide a review of plant downtime and overtime working to improve costs
• Work with mechanics to ensure completion of work orders and PM’s in a timely manner
• Schedule mechanics time to best utilize line availability and the ability of the mechanic to get the job completed
• Rotate weekends with other maintenance supervisors as well as set up the work schedule and ensure its satisfactory completion during the weekend

Skills & Experience

• Industrial Maintenance experience
• Electrical knowledge a must
• Ability to weld and cut different metals
• Leadership skills in leading small to large groups
• Basic computer skills and understanding in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
