Calling all maintenance technicians! We need you! We’re hiring a facilities maintenance worker for a growing company in the Saint Paul area. This facilities maintenance job offers a weekly paycheck plus benefits!

Wage: $24.75/hr.

Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

• Share on call responsibilities with the facilities management team so some evening/weekend work is required as needed

Job duties of the facilities maintenance:

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following all OSHA standards as well as facility health and safety standards
• Repair and/or replace motors, pumps, belts, pulleys, bearings, shafts, hydraulic lines, and filters
• Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment including 14 HVAC systems, aerial platforms, emergency generators, and refrigeration/freezers
• Ensure all maintenance requirements and operations are satisfactorily performed and maintained throughout the facility on all production and non-production equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper PPE, SPSA, lockout, and tag out procedures
• Inspect the safety and security of the facilities
• Use of hand and power tools and equipment
• Identify and recommend changes and improvements to the facility, manage facility maintenance personnel and assist subcontractors with repairs
• Provide preventive maintenance on machinery inside, and outside the facility as well as keep the grounds safe and up to OSHA standards

Job requirements of the facilities maintenance mechanic:

• 2+ years of experience in a facilities maintenance role
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Boilers license
• HVAC certification
