Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the building inside and out as well as all equipment associated with operating the facility, including HVAC.

Maintenance Qualifications:

• Applicants must have 1–2 years supervisory experience in a long-term care facility preferred
• Position is day shift, but requires flexibility as needed to be on call for emergencies.
