Job description
PART TIME MAINTENANCE CARETAKER – Seeking mature, reliable person with basic plumbing, drywall, and carpentry knowledge to work at The Meadows in Selma, NC. The best candidate for this position will have great people and management skills. Duties include routine maintenance, preparing vacant units, cleaning common areas, etc. Ideal candidate will be well-organized, pro-active, knowledgeable in troubleshooting maintenance needs and coordinating contractor services. Skilled trade replacements and extensive repairs are made by third party service contractors. A vehicle is required for this position, and you must provide your own basic tools. Must be on-call for after-hours emergencies as well.
This position is 30 hours a week, with flexible hours and a pay range of $16-$18 per hour.
