Our company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist our team with various tasks and projects. The ideal Maintenance Technician enjoys working with a team and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will require extensive attention to detail, and the successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure and resolve problems independently. The Maintenance Technician will report to the General Manager who has overall responsibility for the building.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, repair, and perform routine maintenance on all mechanical and electrical equipment in apartments.
• Communicate with housekeeping staff for all maintainance requests.
• Read operating instructions.
• Work with grease, cleaners, and other chemicals.
• Solve problems of a mechanical or electrical nature.
• Replace broken or defective parts.
• Monitor the water supply system and perform maintenance as necessary.
• Maintain pool and pool supplies.
