Job Description:
Mail Room Associate
On Site in Tempe, AZ
Salary - $16- 18/hr plus benefits
M-F 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
NO WEEKENDS!!

About the role
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for performing tasks, such as mailroom sorting and machine operation, high and low speed mail opening and scanning, exceptions processing and similar activities. Some members will be handling checks and doing indexing and data entry.

Requirements
Some experience in mailroom and/or document scanning experience- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft products
- Strong attention to details
- Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning and document preparation
- Scan hard copy files to electronic images, ensuring a quality image
- Performs clerical task functions as needed
- Some lifting upto 10 lbs required
MUST COMPLETE AND PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
MUST BE 18 YRS OF AGE OR OLDER
MUST HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR A GED EQUIVALE
