Machine Operator/Mill Reclaim Job Resonsibilities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a preferred.
• Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.
• Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
• Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
• Housekeeping and sanitation.

Qualifications:

• Atleast a year of Machine Operator experience.
• Knowledge of Production Procedures.
• Ability to Read and analyze Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals.
• Possess analytical skills
• Have high attention to detail.
• Adept to handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously
• Profieciency with prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines
• Excellent time management
• Work well in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical Stamina and Strength
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to wear required PPE (Ear plugs, Hi-Vis Safety Vest, Safety glasses, and steel toe safety shoes) for entire 12 hour shift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for majority of 12 hour shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts on rotating days (One week-Tues,Wed, Sat, Sun Following week-Mon, Th, Fri) Day Shift 6 AM-6 PM or Night Shift 6 PM-6 AM

Starting Pay is $13.00 - $14.25 an hour and we pay weekly!
