Wrapped Up, LLC is a small business in University Park, IL. We are a professional and rewarding company that is looking to make a splash into the world of contract labeling and application. Primarily focused on labeling and application services for the cannabis industry, our capabilities expand into packaging for all different products in a variety of different industries.

We're looking to expand our team with a talented Machine Operator who is interested in contributing to our growth. The Machine Operator is responsible for maintaining the safety of our work environment and ensuring that all machines are running properly.

Responsibilities:

· Inspects and examines application for defects.

· Examines job orders to determine details such as quantities to be applied and production times.

· Monitors the application processes in order to maintain specified operating levels and make any necessary adjustments.

· Operates equipment at required speed.

· Maintains or adjusts equipment using proper preventive maintenance techniques.

· Removes completed product from machine and packages for shipment.

· Ensures the work conducted within the production area is performed in a safe and efficient manner.

· Ensures adherence to all quality control processes and procedures and actively supports the company’s SOP, AIB and HAACP program.

· Ability to maintain good housekeeping in the workstation area.

· Must be able to work overtime (45-50 hours weekly) as determined by management.

· Able to lift 50lb.

Requirements: strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, experience with mechanical systems, and an ability to learn quickly.

Labeling experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
