Areas of Responsibility

• Follow batch records, SOP’s, and cGMP's guidelines to ensure product specifications and tolerances are met.
• Ensures full compliance with Company policies, procedures, GMP’s, Ethical Business Practice, and SOP’s always. Ensures documentation such as operation logs, batch records, etc. are fully completed, signed and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures that product meets applicable quality standards. This includes inspection for quality during operation and performing all required sampling and testing.
• Complete all labeling and inventory movements to ensure accurate inventory control.
• Dismantle and clean any accessories and equipment while also maintaining a clean work area.
• Train in the operation, cleaning, and set-up of the following pieces of equipment as well as new equipment:

1. Rapid Mixer Granulator

2. Fluid bed dryer/processor

Education & Qualification:

High school graduate or GED equivalent

1+ years Granulating/Blending Operator experience

Minimum of one (1) year work experience in nutritional’s, supplements, food or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Central Islip, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Pharmaceutical: 2 years (Preferred)
• Granulation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Pharmaceutical Machine: 2 years (Preferred)
• CGMP: 1 year (Preferred)
