The Springs at Pacific Regent is looking for a PROFESSIONAL, DEPENDABLE, caring and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team! You will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents. Such care must be delivered in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services.

Pay : BASED ON EXPERIENCE - We want professionals with good references. For the rest of 2022 we are offering a hiring bonus of $3000 paid monthly at 30/60/90 /120 days. We also offer incentives to pick up extra shifts!

What we’re looking for:

• Someone excited to provide exemplary care to our residents!
• Someone with good references who is dependable.
• This individual will be providing primary care to specific residents under the medical direction and supervision of the resident's attending physician or the DON of the facility, with an emphasis on assessment, illness prevention and health care management.

Education/Requirements:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LVN in California.
• Current CPR certification
• Must pass pre-employment back ground check and physical

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
