LVN needed for a rewarding role in Family Practice

PhyNet Family Clinics has an immediate opening for a LVN in our Linden Family Clinic.

Your primary role as a LVN will be to assist the Primary Care Doctors and Family Nurse Practitioners with the patient visits in the clinic. Opportunity for advancement for the right candidate. Radiology experience is a plus. Join a team of dedicated, passionate healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and willing to learn various on-going advances in technology, plus processes and procedure protocols required to fulfill orders from multiple providers practicing at the same primary care clinic.

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE: (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)

• Phlebotomy
• Capturing vitals and assisting with establishing basic baselines.
• Manage drug screens, urinalysis, and other in-house lab tests including charting and notification of results as directed by the clinician.
• Charting in the electronic health record
• Making patient follow-up calls as directed by the clinician.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of clinical experience in a patient care setting
• Experience using an EHR system (eClinicalWorks is EMR used at PhyNet Health System).

EDUCATION:

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a minimum of a LVN
