LPN/RN Weekend Supervisor (7am-7pm)
Job description
- Has 24-hour accountability for specified unit(s) and follows the facility beeper policy.
- Supervise direct patient care delivery
- Maintain ongoing communications with physicians concerning care
- Provide supervision for assigned staff
- Has knowledge of Nursing Standards and Federal and State guidelines
- Monitor documentation for MMQs
- Complete performance evaluation
- Coordinate staffing schedules to assure adequate coverage
- Assure effective interactions with patients and families
- Assure compliance with patients' rights policies and work with staff to resolve patient grievances
- Assist nursing personnel to act in compliance with cooperate policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $28.16 per hour
