LPN Specialty Resource Team Full Time Nights Position Summary
Resource Teammates deliver flexible staffing support to units across the Piedmont Market (Rock Hill, Fort Mill and Gold Hill) within their service line (ED, Medsurg, ICU, Behavior Health, Women’s, Constant Care Observers, Nurse Techs, Respiratory Therapist, or LPN). Seeking teammates who are highly competent both clinically and socially and are known for their integrity, outstanding teamwork, and sincere compassion for the patients we serve.
Resource Team LPNs will float house wide and be paired with an RN as a team or as a pivot (tasking) nurse.
THE LPN FLOAT POOL FULL TIME NIGHTS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
Experience Requirements:
- RNs must have 1-2 years of recent experience in the service line of interest.
- LPN, CCO, NT may come with no experience, however experience is preferred.
- A valid Permanent Multi-State LPN License from the state in which you reside is required. Should you hold a LPN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State LPN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days. American Heart Association BLS CPR required. Basic Rhythms within orientation.
