Available Shifts:

LPN, Full-time, 6 a.m.- 2:30 p.m., 32 hours with every other weekend rotation

LPN, Full-time, 2 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., 32 hours (week 1), 40 hours (week 2) with every other weekend rotation

Mount Notre Dame Health Center consists of 80 private rooms (40 skilled nursing/40 assisted living).

Other Requirements:

• Team players and must be willing to assist where needed
• Must be professional and caring
• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Administer direct care as necessary
• Assist in developing care plans
• Provide shift reports
• Supervise STNAs
• Make rounds to ensure proper care is given to the Sisters and that the environment is clean and safe
• Provide updates to family members and physicians regarding Sisters' care/condition
• Must respect and work well with Sisters, co-workers, all other staff members and management
• Use of computer medical terminology, charting skills, familiarity with Pointclickcare (PCC) is a plus
• Effective communication skills
