LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Job description
Monitor all members staffing needs. Data entry of new Personal Care Aides into the billing software. Perform initial and annual TB skin testing, health screenings, Hep B and Influenza vaccines, and competency checklist(s). Perform skilled nurse visits in members homes as indicated in their plan of care: med fills, diabetic nail care, 6-month visit and 5-day follow ups per State/LTCA/agency guidelines. Perform Supervisory Aide Visit with Member(s) and PCA's.

Pay: $21.99 - $26.48 per hour
