!! URGENT LOOKING FOR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) !!

A facility in Emlenton Pennsylvania is looking for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their Detox and Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Facility for NIGHTS.

Position Details:

• 2 years of experience required.
• Preferable experience in working in Detox or Drug and Alcohol
• Active BLS & NYS LPN License

Assignment Details:

• Start date: ASAP
• 8-week contract
• 36 hours/week
• Shift 07:00 PM-07:00 AM

Rates:

Hourly Rate: $46/hr

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
• Update patient records in a confidential manner
• Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff
• Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families
• Change dressings and bandages, ensuring patients are healing properly
• Move patients from wheelchairs, beds and gurneys
