Primary responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) at Kingston
- Administer medications, following the 5 medication rights and reduce potential for errors
- Report changes in resident condition to physician, DON and responsible party, taking follow-up action as necessary
- Treat residents, guests, and co-workers with courtesy and genuine care
Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN license in Ohio
- CPR basic life support
