LOT ATTENDANT

The ideal candidate for this position must have a high energy level, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, a valid driver’s license, and can drive both manual and automatic transmissions. He or she must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the lot appearance in all seasons ( snow removal )
• Drive vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
• Record and check in all incoming vehicles
• Maintains lot in a uniform fashion
• Services vehicles with gas
• Assist in deliveries as needed
• Washes and cleans vehicles as needed
• Assist with completed vehicle inspections
• Helps maintain lot appearance by removing snow from vehicles and debris as necessary
• Follows all safety and security procedures
• Inspecting and organizing inventory daily
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Valid unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record

• Can drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles

• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces

• Highly professional and dependable

• Neat, clean, and professional appearance

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Previous experience in a similar role a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
