Lot Attendant
Job description
LOT ATTENDANT
The ideal candidate for this position must have a high energy level, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, a valid driver’s license, and can drive both manual and automatic transmissions. He or she must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the lot appearance in all seasons ( snow removal )
- Drive vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
- Record and check in all incoming vehicles
- Maintains lot in a uniform fashion
- Services vehicles with gas
- Assist in deliveries as needed
- Washes and cleans vehicles as needed
- Assist with completed vehicle inspections
- Helps maintain lot appearance by removing snow from vehicles and debris as necessary
- Follows all safety and security procedures
- Inspecting and organizing inventory daily
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Can drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
- Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces
- Highly professional and dependable
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in a similar role a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
