Logistics Ops Associate – DOT Certified

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

Industrial; shipping, receiving, inventory, DOT for local deliveries and pick up; clean driving record, over 21 and able to pass the DOT med physical; supervisor on site; warehouse team and back office/admin team; admin runs 24/7

• Receiving goods / pick material
• Process goods received / inventory management incl. administrative update in material tracker (Excel skill)
• Material handover process
• Managing returns
• Managing defects / DOAs

Very much a team player; communication is important;

Everyone is all cross trained; this role does everything and use SAP/WMS; excel is needed; experience with WMS (Oracle/SAP) understand how systems work with inventory; need strong communication skills ; lots of interaction with the customer - professionalism is key;

Focus on team work (one team/one goal) low stress; pace fluctuates;

• Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM night shift, Sunday - Tues rotating Saturdays
• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM night shift, Wednesday - Friday rotating Saturdays
• Salary: $20.00 an hour + $1.5/hour shift differential. = $21.50/hour

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

• This is an entry-level position.
• Good interpersonal skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Generally prefer 0-2 years of experience. Warehouse experience preferred.
• Use of RF (bar-code scan) devices preferred.
