We have a need for a Logistics Management Analyst 3 who will provide a full range of logistical support to the US Army Futures Command, Sustainment Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate (S-CDID) on the integration and optimization of legacy and emerging systems within the Army’s Tactical Wheeled Vehicle capability portfolio.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and provide recommendations for TWV systems current and future capabilities, including life cycle management, identify gaps/shortfalls, and propose solutions.
- Develop recommendations for the Concepts of Employment (CONEMP), and for the fielding, use and, sustainment of new capabilities based on the Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) assessments.
- Participate in and provide support to planning meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Conduct Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) analyses and develop draft requirements with the focus on critical tasks and production of JCIDS capabilities documents required to support the transformation and integration process.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with JCIDS process including drafting JCIDS documents.
- Able to develop Analysis of Alternatives.
- Planning and executing Voice of Soldiers workshops.
