Job description

Responsibilities:

· Manage daily inbound/outbound shipments by keeping record of ETA and estimate in-warehouse date and update internal system

· Communicate with buying team/warehouses on delivery and unload status to minimize any additional fees

· Communicate with Operations team/sales on delivery and unload status from inquiry emails

· Communicate with Carriers on offload status to minimize any additional fees.

· Keep track of HOT loads to ensure urgency of trucker and update internal system

· Research any Over, Short and Damage (OS&D) reported by warehouse and work with supervisor on resolution

· Create and disseminate reports daily, weekly, and monthly

· Work with TMS system

Skills & Qualifications:

· 1+ years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role preferred

· Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of workload

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Exceptional attention to detail and great organizational skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Working knowledge of MS Office with a high focus on Excel

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
