Job Title: LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
FLSA Status: Exempt
Reports To: Logistics Manager
Job Requirements:
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required
Education: College degree in related field preferred
Experience: Previous customer service and/or Logistics experience preferred. Knowledge of the Trucking Industry a plus.
Additional Skills/Abilities: Ability to interact and communicate effectively over-the-phone, through e-mail and face to face, ability to recognize when action is necessary and to implement the required actions within a reasonable time, ability to prioritize workflow in order to use time effectively, ability to perform mathematical calculations in order to calculate transit times. Ability to use discretion and good judgment. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
