Location Project Manager Responsibilities:

A Location Project Manager both estimates and project manages all their jobs and is ultimately responsible for every lead, customer, and projects they are assigned. The Location Project Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the location, maintaining consistent profitably, and achieving an excellent reputation within the territory among its customers.

-Areas of travel: Brentwood, Bellevue, Antioch, Berry Hill, Bell Meade, Forest Hills, & Oak Hill.

Job Description:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

● Oversee subcontractors

● Estimate projects

● Ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting client's needs and delivering a quality project

● Project Manage and ensure all projects are completed in a timely manner.

● Generate schedules and plans of operation for painting projects.

● Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made.

● Ensure customer satisfaction.

● Build the online reputation of the location on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and NextDoor, etc.

● Network and promote brand.

● Pursue strategic relationships on behalf of the brand (realtors, property managers, etc…).

Qualifications:

● Ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors.

● Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, subcontractors, and clients.

● Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated.

● Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

● Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs.

● Minimum of 2 years of successful project management experience desired. Demonstrated work history of safely executing projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

● Excellent understanding of the Brand.

● Excellent understanding of paint products and services.

● Budget control and job cost forecasting experience and skills.

● Ability To Answer Complex Paint-related, project and service questions.

Bachelors Preferred, not required

Bilingual Preferred, not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
