Your Responsibilities
Maloney Properties is seeking a Live-In Responder to provide afterhours coverage at our residential property in Worcester, MA. This responder will be on-call Monday-Friday from 10:00pm through 8:00am and 24 hours on weekends. Notwithstanding planned vacation time, the responder must be within 15 minutes of the property during on-call hours. The responsibilities of this position will include providing a prompt response to emergencies at the property, conducting wellness checks, performing routine inspections of the property and reporting findings to the Maintenance Superintendent and the Property Manager, and some snow removal. The compensation for this position is 2 bedroom apartment with utilities included.
Your Qualifications
Successful candidates will be responsible, reliable, patient, calm under pressure and have good communication skills. A pre-employment physical, background/CORI, and reference check will be required. Successful candidates will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
