Job description

The candidate should have 1+ years of real estate experience and/or pursuing/obtained a Bachelor's Degree. Candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Drafting and organizing Real Estate transactional documents
• Conducting closing transactions.
• Sorting, mailing, and communicating correspondences between parties in transactions
• Arranging closing documentation by organizing checklists and preparing final HUD of closing transaction
• Filing and organizing motions
• Conducting due diligence checks
• Reviewing and analyzing title policies in connection with land acquisition and disposition transactions.
• Managing uncontested divorces
• Surrogate proceedings

Skills

• Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices etc
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
• Extensive computer and database expertise
• Paralegal associates degree or other relevant certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
