Salary: $250,000 - $345,000 (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join our IP Litigation practice. As part of our team, you will handle patent and/or trade secret litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of intellectual property experience and must be admitted to a state bar. Strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework are required, with a preference for candidates holding degrees in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Exceptional leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent research, analytical, oral, and written communication abilities are essential. The candidate should possess sound legal and business knowledge to handle a diverse range of cases and provide effective counsel to clients.

Desired Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (other related technical degrees will be considered).
• Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to taking on increased responsibility for client matters.
• Outstanding research and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Sound legal and business knowledge in handling various cases and advising clients on ongoing matters.
• Strong academic credentials in law coursework highly valued.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a high performer with 3 - 5 years of experience in intellectual property matters, specifically patent and/or trade secret litigation. Admission to a state bar is mandatory.
