Rose’s Garden Bar is looking to fill a full time position. We are looking for hardworking, passionate, and creative Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our team.

We prefer people who are passionate about food, have upbeat personalities, have a positive attitude, and that will thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• The Line Cook is the heart of the culinary operations and allows the kitchen to run smoothly. You will work closely with the our team and support the overall operations.
• Full understanding and knowledge of Rose’s Garden Bar brand and menu.
• Assisting in preparing and cooking various food offered in compliance with quality standards and portions.
• Performs opening, closing and side work duties as instructed by manager.
• Thrives in high-pressure situations
• Someone who is hands-on and ready to jump in and help teammates
• Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
• Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
• Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
• Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
• Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts.
• Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
