Looking for a unique, fun, challenging job? Interested in the food truck industry? Like meeting new people and working in different locations everyday? Look no farther! We are looking for an experienced culinary professional for our food truck full time (or part time) with a flexible schedule. Must be a great team player, have reliable transportation (our events are in Tampa, Sarasota and St Pete however you can meet the truck in the Wimauma area to ride to events). Experience in a fast paced culinary environment is a plus but a cook background is necessary (2+ years). Job Duties include: Prepping for events, cooking on site for different styles of events (regular service, weddings, caterings, corporate parties, etc), washing dishes, talking to customers. We work as a team so everyone plays a part on the truck! Pay is based on experience. Valid Food Handlers card is a plus but we will help you get one if you do not have one.

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain stations
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
